ENORMI BENEFICI DALLA DIETA VEGANA TENDENZIALE CRUDISTA

Buonasera Valdo, la seguo da circa un anno ed ho ricevuto enormi, dico enormi benefici per il mio problema di sempre: le vene varicose. A diciotto anni ho avuto la prima flebite e, da allora, è stato un crescendo di dolori, pizzicori, due operazioni con asportazione delle safene, gambe dure e legnose, fasciature delle gambe durante il ciclo, mal di testa, nervosismo, stitichezza, medicine per la circolazione, glicerina per quel che sappiamo.

AUTENTICA ED INCREDIBILE LIBERAZIONE

Per non parlare dell’estetica: lividi, segni, piccole protuberanze, orribili calze elastiche anche d’estate, pantaloni. Poi, cambiando alimentazione, ecco che tutto incredibilmente svanisce! Niente più dolori, indolenzimenti, emicranie, e il piacere di indossare una gonna esibendo gambe completamente pulite anche dalle evidenti tumefazioni che avevo alle caviglie. Che dire? Una liberazione? Di più, molto di più. E tutto questo modificando lo stile di vita.

L'ANGIOLOGO E LA FERRARI

Dovrei raccontarlo al rinomato angiologo, dove sono andata sin da ragazza per diversi anni, attraversando tutta Roma, a fare le sclerosanti (iniezioni nelle vene varicose di sostanze che ne impediscano ulteriori dilatazioni). Ricordo ancora che su una libreria di legno pregiato del suo studio-ambulatorio, c’era in evidenza la targa di iscrizione al Club Ferrari. Mi crederebbe se gli dicessi che sono guarita con frutta e verdura cruda? Già, ma con la frutta e la verdura, i medici non andrebbero lontano, e potrebbero iscriversi al massimo al Club Fiat Cinquecento!

MI SONO RIAPPROPRIATA DEL MIO CORPO E DELLA MIA MENTE

E pensare che io sono diplomata e laureata in Agraria, per cui molte cose che lei dice le ho studiate.
Mi ricordo benissimo poi della mia prima visita scolastica a un mattatoio. Sono stata male per un mese.
Non intendo dilungarmi. Ci tengo solo a esprimerle la mia riconoscenza perché, a 48 anni, mi ha fatto riappropriare del mio corpo e della mia mente.
